• Telecommunications related solutions

Our services may be delivered directly or through partnerships with mobile network operators, aggregators, enterprises, content providers, regulators, and third party technology partners.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You will provide accurate and complete information where required
• You are authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent

Sono Technologies Limited reserves the right to refuse access to services where eligibility requirements are not met.

User Registration and Accounts

Sono Technologies Limited shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized activity, fraud, or policy violations.

• Subscription charges may apply based on daily, weekly, or monthly cycles
• Charges may be deducted through carrier billing, wallet systems, or payment gateways

Telecommunications and VAS Compliance

Sono Technologies Limited operates in compliance with NCC requirements. Users acknowledge:

• Certain services depend on mobile network availability and conditions
• Service interruptions may occur due to infrastructure limitations
• Opt in and opt out processes must be strictly respected
• Unauthorized subscription activities are prohibited

We maintain mechanisms for transparent billing, consent management, and complaint resolution.

Payments and Billing

• Users agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and regulatory charges
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
• Certain services may be non-refundable once consumed
• Payment disputes must be reported within a reasonable period

Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Use services for unlawful activities or deceptive conduct
• Interfere with platform operations or attempt unauthorized access
• Transmit malicious software, harmful code, or spam

Intellectual Property Rights

User Generated Content

By uploading content, users grant Sono Technologies Limited a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and distribute submitted materials for service delivery and platform-related purposes. Users warrant they own the rights to any submitted content.

Third Party Services and Integrations

Our services may integrate with MNOs, payment gateways, and cloud providers. Sono Technologies Limited is not responsible for third-party disruptions, security incidents, or billing errors outside our direct control.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and NCC regulations. By using our services, users consent to data processing necessary for service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Security and Platform Integrity

While we implement robust security measures, users share responsibility for protecting their devices and credentials. Suspected security breaches must be immediately reported to us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sono Technologies Limited shall not be liable for indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service within the preceding three months.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Sono Technologies Limited against claims and losses arising from the violation of these terms, misuse of services, or infringement of third-party rights.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber-attacks, or civil unrest.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts within Nigeria.
